How to register and pay

Please register by e-mail here: info@amreid.ca. Workshops can be paid for with Interac e-transfer, sent with your registration. You can also pay by credit card or cash by special arrangement. For more details, contact me at info@amreid.ca, or call 416-465-9300. Please note that your spot is confirmed once you have paid. Sorry, I cannot hold places without payment.

Cancellation and refund policy

I reserve the right to cancel a workshop. In the event that I have to cancel a workshop, I will refund 100% of the workshop fee and any materials fee paid. If a student withdraws three days (72 hours) or more before the beginning of the class, I will refund 75% of the fees. If you withdraw less than 72 hours before the workshop starts, unfortunately I cannot issue a refund. In that case, you can send a friend to take the workshop in your place (please notify me if you choose this option). Otherwise, I am happy to issue a credit towards a future workshop. - Alison

Workshop FAQs

Where are the workshops held?

I am currently teaching at two venues in the east end of Toronto, both near Gerrard and Greenwood, at the edge of the Gerrard India Bazaar.

One is SkyBLue Art Studio, which is at 1297 Gerrard St. E, Toronto M4M 1Y8

The other is Mangled Art Studio, 1291 Gerrard Street E., Toronto M4M1Y9

Both are easily reached on TTC via the 506 Carlton streetcar. There is street parking in the area and Green P parking lots on Hiawatha Rd.(4 blocks east), or Rhodes Ave. (7 blocks east))

Are materials included?

Yes, unless I specifically say that you need to bring something of your own. If you need to purchase something before the class, or need to pay an additional materials fee, I will be specific about that. I will often have extra materials or tools for sale at the workshop, in case you want to do more at home, but you can be confident that, with few exceptions, I will provide whatever you need to use during the workshop. If I don't have specific related tools or materials for sale at the workshop, I will be able to tell you where to get them.
